Do we have to change our syllabus?

No. Your levels, genres and grades are configured to match what you already award. The system fits round your syllabus rather than the other way round.

Can another awarding body see our data?

No. Each organisation's data is separate. No board can see another board's candidates, entries, results, syllabus structure or exam dates.

Who at Perform Data Track can see it?

Perform Data Track is run by one person, who holds administrator access to the servers in order to host, maintain and support the system. That is true of any hosted software, and it is used for support and maintenance only.

Where is our data held, and what is stored?

On servers in Manchester, in the United Kingdom. What is held is candidate records, the sessions and grades they are entered for, the results recorded against them, and your exam dates.

What happens if we leave?

You take your records with you. Your data is exportable at any time on request, in a format you can actually use.

What it does not do

It isn't a school management system, it doesn't run your membership subscriptions or your accounts, and it won't tell you how to structure your syllabus. It runs your examinations.
