A one-off fee to get you set up, then an annual fee based on the size of your organisation. A board entering a few hundred candidates a year does not pay what a board entering ten thousand pays.

Worth saying plainly

There is no per-candidate charge.: Enter more candidates within your band and the price does not move. You are not taxed for a good year.
Your data stays yours.: Exportable at any time on request, in a format you can actually use. If you ever leave, you leave with your records.
We will tell you if it is not a fit.: If your entries are already running well on something else, the honest answer is to stay where you are, and you will get that answer.
