Perform Data Track holds your organisation, your affiliated schools and teachers, your candidates, your syllabus structure, and every result recorded against it. Entries come in, examiners mark, certificates and feedback sheets come out.
It already understands levels, genres, exam sessions and examiner marking, because that is what it was built to do. Nothing has to be bent into shape first.
Who it is for. Awarding organisations and examination boards running graded, vocational or medal work. Typically where entries still arrive on paper or by email, and results and certificates go back out by hand.
What moving over involves. Your syllabi, levels and genres configured to match what you already award. Your existing records brought across. Your office, teachers and examiners set up. It is not a rebuild of how you work, it is the removal of the retyping.
What it does not do. It is not a school management system, it does not run your membership subscriptions or your accounts, and it will not tell you how to structure your syllabus. It does the examinations.

No. Each organisation's data is separate. No board can see another board's candidates, entries, results, syllabus structure or exam dates.

Perform Data Track is run by one person, who holds administrator access to the servers in order to host, maintain and support the system. That is true of any hosted software, and it is used for support and maintenance only. Better said plainly than left for you to ask.
